Any non-personal feedback you submit may be used by us in our discretion, without attribution or compensation.

The Site and Content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In no event will Qargo Coffee be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. Total liability is limited to the greater of amounts paid for use of the Site or $100.

Most disputes will be resolved through individual binding arbitration under JAMS rules, governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Class arbitrations are not permitted. You may also pursue qualifying disputes in small claims court.

Orders are subject to availability. We accept major cards and digital payment platforms. Perishable products (coffee, beverages, desserts) are non-returnable except for damage or shipping error — contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
